The transfer of such assets includes a database which contains personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, zip code, and birth date, and any information collected by VICORP which you may have voluntarily provided through correspondence, this site, or by other means, such as guest comment cards, and in-store and online eClub enrollment forms. American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC, the purchaser, has expressly agreed to be bound and meet the standards established by VICORP’s Privacy Policies (to read the details, please visit the Privacy Policy page) and to maintain at least the same level of security as is presently in place, as well as to conduct a review of the various outward facing privacy policies of the websites it is acquiring, following the sale, to ensure that they are consistent and that they adequately comply with applicable data privacy laws.
